What is the size of a repairable chip or crack?

We can repair most rock chips that are smaller than a 3 inch diameter circle or single cracks that are under 6 inches in size (about the size of a dollar bill).
We cannot repair multiple cracks that emanate from one point source, or most rock chips that have severe damage (more than 8 lines or a pit damage greater than 3/8").
We also cannot repair "stress" cracks or large cracks in the Drivers Primary Viewing Area (DPVA).
